Return Policy and Process
We want you to feel confident when ordering from SEADS. That's why, in addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, we offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
This extra return period is provided in addition to your statutory consumer rights and does not affect them in any way. Your legal right of withdrawal and warranty rights remain fully intact.
Return Period
You may return your order within 30 days from the order's delivery confirmation date. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can no longer offer a refund or return.
If you'd like to return your SEADS, simply send us an email at hello@seads.global with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and guide you through the return process.
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, simply return your order and place a new one.
Return Costs
Your returns are not free of charge. When you request a return, you will receive a prepaid shipping label; however, the initial shipping costs will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Of course, you're welcome to return your SEADS. To help avoid unnecessary shipping, we recommend using our sizing tool before ordering to find your perfect fit.
Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your Seads must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. So please take good care of your Seads when you try them on and don’t remove any hang tags or stickers. Your Seads must be returned with the invoice we sent you. Your Seads must also be returned in the original packaging. Please check our RePack instructions in the section Return Process below.
RETURN PROCESS

To start your return, simply send us an email at hello@seads.global with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and all the information you need to complete your return.
Once you've received your return label, please follow these steps:

Download the return label and a copy of your invoice. Please include the invoice copy inside your RePack parcel. Please note that the return label is prepaid, and the initial shipping costs will automatically be deducted from your refund.

Close the RePack using the Velcro fastening and secure it with some tape.

Attach the SEADS return label to the front of the package, covering the tape.

IMPORTANT: Please make sure the integrated RePack return label is not visible when sending your package back to us, as this may delay the processing of your return.

Drop off your parcel at your nearest DPD service point.
We recommend keeping your proof of postage and tracking number until your return has been processed.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse and has been checked by our team, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible.

Received a wrong or faulty product
We do our utmost best to send you exactly what you have ordered. However, sometimes mistakes do happen. If you have received a wrong or faulty item, please contact us immediately at hello@seads.global with the following information:

Your order number

Pictures of the wrong/faulty products, the packaging, and the delivery slip.
Please only return your Seads to us after our customer team has asked you to!
Please make sure to keep the delivery slip and also take pictures of the inside and outside of your package. We will find a solution for you as fast as possible!
REFUNDS
Once we have received your package at our warehouse and your Seads have passed our quality test, we will issue your refund. We will use the payment method you chose when placing your order.
Please note that it can take 5-7 business days for your return to be processed. Please allow further 4-6 business days for your refund to show in your bank account.
Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
